Power T
A tackle-only Power-T: quarterback under center, three backs at the same depth in a flat T row, and two tight eligibles attached to the formation. The double-tight surface compresses the defense and creates balanced edges for Power, Sweep, Trap, Counter, and play-action. It shares its flat three-back backfield with the broader T-Formation / Full House family, but the Power T name specifically means the tight, run-first presentation rather than a T with a split receiver. Distinguish it from Power I: Power I has two lead backs in front of a deeper tailback; Power T puts all three backs on one horizontal level.
Power T isn't run in 5v5 Flag.
