More control over your printed plays

Fine-tune rows, title alignment, and small-diagram readability.

See details

Choose a fixed number of rows per page for call sheets and playbooks, or let the layout size itself automatically.

Align play names and formation labels left, center, or right. Fine-tune wrist-coach title sizing and field guides to keep small diagrams readable.

Play design

A smoother path from play sheet to editable play

Go from a photographed play sheet to a named, editable play.

See details

Bring photographed play sheets into an editable playbook. Compare the source and generated diagram, choose your colors, name the play, and open it directly in the editor for refinement.

Multi-play sheets show a queue with progress for each play. Recent workspaces make it easier to return to an import, and improvements preserve more of the original formation and route geometry.

Play design

New player shapes for clearer diagrams

Make players easier to distinguish with five marker shapes.

See details

Choose circles, squares, diamonds, triangles, or stars for your player markers. Give your quarterback a star or distinguish players in whatever way makes your play easier to teach.

Marker appearance is separate from player assignments, so changing a shape keeps the player’s role and routes intact.

App & offline

Less waiting when you open the app

Get to your teams, events, and messages with less waiting.

See details

Navigation and Home loading have been improved so you can get to your teams and upcoming events sooner.

Optional tools load separately, repeated calendar reads have been reduced, and team messages reconnect more efficiently.

Play design

Add stutters and delayed releases to your plays

Show when a player releases or pauses, in animation and on paper.

See details

Delay a player’s release after the snap or add a stutter point along the route. Animation pauses at the marked point so players can see the timing.

Timing survives mirroring and saved route templates. Stutter marks also appear in printed diagrams and coaching notes.

See details

Coach Cal

Import your schedule without typing every event

Give Cal a schedule attachment, then review the events before adding them.

See details

After approval, Cal creates the events and keeps a record of the import. You can undo it while those events remain unchanged.

Bookmark the reps to review and watch them together by game or practice.

See details

Film Room

Game day

Let a parent keep stats while you call plays

Invite a helper by QR code so you can focus on the next call.

See details

On a laptop, the booth provides a snap-by-snap view for down, distance, field position, and corrections without moving the coach’s sideline screen. You control who stays connected.

Team tools

Put the practice plan right on the calendar

Attach the agenda to the event so your staff knows what happens that day.

See details

Your playbooks can download automatically

Early access: keep your native-app library ready for the sideline.

See details

The automatic offline rollout downloads your playbooks in the native app and refreshes them in the background, reducing the need to download each book individually.

This capability is in staged early access. If it is not enabled for your account, use Download for offline before leaving Wi-Fi. Cloud tools still need an internet connection.

Save your favorite routes and reuse them

Your own Quick Routes keep the shape and styling you already drew.

See details
